Commission will hold All India Selection for recruitment to the posts of JUNIOR ENGINEER (CIVIL & MECHANICAL) in CWC and JUNIOR ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL) in Department of Posts. More Details about  Staff Selection Commission Recruitment 2011 are as follows:

1. Junior Engineer (Civil & Mechanical) in CWC and Junior Engineer (Electrical) In Department Of Posts
   No of Vacancies : 160 (CWC- 162 (Civil -99 , Mechanical -43) , Department of Posts -18)
   Salary Pay Scale : Pay Band of Rs.9300-34800 plus Grade Pay Rs.4200
   Age Limit: For JE (Civil / Mechanical) in CWC : Upto 32 years as on 31.01.2011.

Qualification : For JE (Civil / Mechanical) in CWC : Degree or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute. For JE (Electrical ) : Three years diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering from an Institution recognized by the Central Government or State Government .

Last Date for receipt of application : 31.01.2011 (upto 5 P.M.) and 07.02.2011 (for candidates from far-flung areas)
